Tibetan Beep shapta racipe

Tibetan Beep Shapta, also known as Tibetan Stir-Fried Beef, is a popular dish in Tibetan cuisine. Here's a simple recipe to make it at home:

Ingredients:

1 pound beef (sliced thinly)
1 onion (sliced thinly)
2 bell peppers (sliced thinly)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Green onions (optional)

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, toss beef with cornstarch until fully coated.
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove beef from the wok and set aside.
Add onions and bell peppers to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Return beef to the wok and add the sauce mixture. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened and evenly coated the beef and vegetables.
If the sauce is too thick, add 1/4 cup of water and stir-fry for an additional minute.
Serve hot with rice and garnish with green onions (optional). Enjoy your Tibetan Beep Shapta read more
